How should I store it?

My starch arrived broken or crushed. What do I do?
Sometimes shipping can be rough on delicate textures. We pack carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/claims.htm. Be sure to include photos and your tracking number.
Why does my order look slightly different from my last one?
Each batch is made by hand, and that means no two will ever look exactly alike ( just like no two clouds are the same). Slight color or texture variations are normal and part of the process that keeps every order unique and fresh.
What if an item is marked “Sold Out”?
Because everything is made fresh to order, “Sold Out” just means the kitchen is at capacity for the moment. Once current orders are fulfilled, restocks open back up. Keep an eye out, new batches drop often!
